Our Factory Protection Plan (FPP) is a fixed, all inclusive maintenance plan (including labor and spare parts, scheduled & unscheduled) that is available for up to 15 years. Plans are end-user flexible and can be customized for the installation to meet unique operating needs.
All maintenance work is performed by Authorized Factory Technicians. With multiple service hubs, our technicians can be quickly dispatched to sites. The plans allow for complete power plant operation by CWS.
