We offer Financing and "Water-As-A-Service" (WAS) options, allowing our clients to reduce water costs and increase quality at no capital cost. The investment, installation and O&M costs will be paid through the achieved costs savings.
Under our financed solutions:
CWS purchases and installs water equipment in the host building at its own cost
CWS owns the equipment and is responsible for its maintenance and operating costs, until the end of the contract. At the end of the contract, the asset is transferred to client.
The client enjoys the exclusive use of the equipment, which reduces the client's water consumption and costs as well as operation and maintenance responsibilities and costs
The client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fixed monthly fee, which guarantees savings over current water costs
CWS guarantees the output, efficiency and availability of the installed solution for the time of the contract
The client receives guaranteed water savings and the use of the equipment at no cost

We offer Financing and Water Supply as a Service (WSA), allowing our clients to reduce their water costs and improve the water quality at no capital cost. The investment in equipment, installation and O&M costs will be paid through the achieved savings in water costs.
Under our financed solutions:
CWS purchases and installs the necessary equipment for water supply and/or treatment in the host building at its own cost
CWS owns the equipment and is responsible for its maintenance and operating costs, until the end of the contract. At the end of the contract, the asset is transferred to client.
The client enjoys the exclusive use of the equipment, which reduces the Host's water, operation and maintenance responsibilities and costs
The client agrees to pay the CWS a fixed monthly fee, which is less than the monthly savings achieved by the equipment plus a variable operative cost for every produced or treated m3 of water
The Host receives guaranteed water cost savings and the use of the equipment at no cost
